Andy Spicer

Andy Spicer

Graduated from Lock Haven University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Recreation Management for Fitness. He has been a personal trainer for over 13 years, 11 of those have been spent here at the Fitness Factory. Andy has experience with all aspects of fitness, whether it be your High School athlete, rehabilitating an injury, or just your everyday person trying to better themselves by getting in shape. Andy also has a lot of experience and specializes in training the elderly and working with people that have special needs.

Matthew Fisher

Brandy’s driving force for maintaining a healthy lifestyle is setting a good example for her children. When Brandy is not working her full time job, you will find her at the gym training clients and instructing some of our fitness classes. She is passionate about helping her clients with time management, by showing them how they can prioritize their own health and fitness within their busy schedules.

Pam Sisino

Pam Sisino

Pam’s active focuses growing up were softball and participating as a competitive swimmer. After receiving her Personal Training Certificate, Pam went on to work out of the YMCA, and is now a dedicated Fitness Factory trainer. She is also a USBF Show figure competitor. Pam spends her free time riding and caring for her horse. Although not exclusively, Pam’s primary experience has been with female clients of all ages.

Domenick Schiraldi-Irrera

Dom is a holistic fitness and wellness specialist that brings the best out in everybody. With a MS in Exercise science from Bloomsburg University and two undergraduate degrees in fitness and health, he has an extensive knowledge of how the body works and what it takes to improve it. He’s worked with a broad range of clients, from post-rehab patients to D1 athletes. For the past 10 years he has taught courses in Exercise Science at Penn College and Bloomsburg University, helping to train the next generation of trainers start their careers, while never leaving his true passion to work closely with clients
on their personal fitness. He’s helped hundreds of clients reach their fitness goals, including weight loss, sport performance, injury recovery, body building, and more. In his free time, Dom coaches both of his daughters’ soccer teams and plays soccer in several recreation leagues. He has a passion for soccer,
snowboarding, running, biking, lifting, swimming, and cooking (and eating!)

Christian Vasquez

Christian began his passion for sports at the young age of 6 as a football player. He continued playing through college where he obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science. Since he began his career in 2015, his main priority is helping his clients stay focused on and achieving their goals.  His focuses are Olympic Weightlifting, Strength/Conditioning and Sport Specific Training for all ages!

Darien Hively

Darien Hively

Darien came to us as a lifelong athlete with a focus on tennis and football. After graduating from Penn College with a degree in Exercise Science, Darien went on to pursue his Certified Personal Trainer certificate from NSCA. He spent 10 years at the YMCA before focusing on personal training as a full-time career. Currently Darien is a Fitness Factory dedicated trainer with numerous years of diverse experience under his belt. His clients range from student athletes and Ultimate Spartan racers, to your average gym-goer looking to take the next step.

Eric sauers

Eric’s Personal Training grew out of having an avid gym presence. Developing experience through his own personal weight loss and fitness journey. Over the years Eric has developed a strong knowledge of weight training, core development, and cardio workouts. He enjoys working with all age groups and experience levels.

MATT Buraczeski

Matt is a retired combat veteran of the United States Army and former
Lycoming College football player.  He holds a Master’s Degree in
Exercise Science focused on Sports Performance and Injury Prevention
from California University of Pennsylvania.  He is a Certified Personal
Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and
Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of
Sports Medicine (NASM).  He has an extensive background that totals over
20 years experience in general fitness, sports-specific training,
military special operations human performance training, and injury
prevention.  Matt previously partnered with the United States Army’s
Holistic Health and Fitness program working with strength coaches,
physical therapists, and nutritionists. Matt’s programming goals are to develop the right dose of what you need for what the demand is.  His philosophy centers around not always working out harder, but training smarter to prevent injury and ensure readiness in all your goals.
