Individual
Membership for one individual, under 65 years of age. The member will need to provide their card number at the time of enrollment for payment. Membership fees will be continually charged to the members card on file automatically on a monthly basis, unless cancelled in person. In addition to standard membership dues, a one-time $49.00 sign-up/joining fee will be charged at the time of execution of this contract, and an annual $49.00 maintenance fee will be billed once per year for the duration of my active membership. If I become default in monthly payments for any reason,I understand that a $10.00 monthly late fee will apply for each month the payment defaults.

Monthly Rate $60
Family
Membership for one individual and their family members who reside within the same household. Family members must be a married spouse, minor child or college aged student 19 years old and under. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The paying member will need to provide their card number at the time of enrollment for payment. Membership fees will be continually charged to the members card on file automatically on a monthly basis, unless cancelled in person. In addition to standard membership dues, a one-time $49.00 sign-up/joining fee will be charged at the time of execution of this contract, and an annual $49.00 maintenance fee will be billed once per year for the duration of my active membership. Monthly Rate $90
Senior
Membership for one individual, over the age of 65. Membership fees will be continually charged to the members card or bank account on file automatically on a monthly basis, unless cancelled. In addition to standard membership dues, a one-time $49.00 sign-up/joining fee will be charged at the time of execution of this contract, and an annual $49.00 maintenance fee will be billed once per year for the duration of my active membership. If I become default in monthly payments for any reason,I understand that a $10.00 monthly late fee will apply for each month the payment defaults.

Monthly Rate $35
Student
This membership is for one individual currently enrolled in high school or a higher education institution. College students must be enrolled at least part-time with a minimum of 6 credit hours per semester, and must upload a copy of their current class schedule for the student discount to apply. Members are required to provide their card number at the time of enrollment. Membership fees are automatically charged monthly to the card on file unless cancelled in person. There are no contract length requirements for this membership or cancellation fees. In addition to standard membership dues, an annual $49.00 maintenance fee will be billed once per year for the duration of my active membership. If a member becomes default in monthly payments for any reason, members understand that a $10.00 monthly late fee will apply for each month the payment defaults.

Active Military
This is for active members of the military, who can show a valid military ID. The member will need to provide their card number at the time of enrollment for payment. Membership fees will be continually charged to the members card on file automatically on a monthly basis, unless cancelled in person. In addition to standard membership dues, a one-time $49.00 sign-up/joining fee will be charged at the time of execution of this contract, and an annual $49.00 maintenance fee will be billed once per year for the duration of my active membership. If I become default in monthly payments for any reason,I understand that a $10.00 monthly late fee will apply for each month the payment defaults.

CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL MEMBERSHIP TYPES
A request must be made in person at 330 Hughes Street, Williamsport, PA 17701. Cancellations will not be taken over the phone or through any other form of communication. Unless the facility hears from you in person to cancel, your contract will continue to remain in effect. No reimbursement will be made for any portion of any membership type paid in full or portions of a month/year unused post cancellation.
ANNUAL CONTRACTS (Bank Draft) (Discontinued)
If you choose to cancel prior to the first anniversary date of an annual contract, a cancellation fee will apply of two months of dues, or the balance on the remainder of your contract, if less than two months.
